Cost for Exhibition Stalls basic structure €40+VAT per square metre
Product -Services-clubs-Associations
Different sizes of Merquees Tents (4X4m, 5X5m, 6X6m, 6X4m) with the provision of electric power and lighting will be available for the exhibitors.
Stalls structure includes:
- Covered area with Marquee Tents
- A metope with the exhibitors name
- Table and 2 chairs
- One power point per stall
- One spotlight per 7 square meters
- The fair grounds will be illuminated
Any additional structures or services required by the stall construction company will be charged extra according to an agreement reached between the construction company and the exhibitor. Organisers will not be held responsible for anything else apart the stall’s basic structure. Associations and charity and non-profitable organisations are allowed a 50% discount. All stalls must be fully paid for before the fair commences, with a 20% deposit fee required upon booking.
Pre-bookings of stalls will be made only on a first in, first served basis.
