3rd Pancyprian Boating and Fishing Fair
Dear colleagues
After the success of last year’s 2nd Pancyprian Boating and Fishing Fair, this year we continue our attempts to establish this wonderful event that’s dedicated to supporting sea water projects and the interests of those that are associated with sea. With the on-going support and help of the Limassol Municipality, we are hopeful that this year’s exhibition with be upgrade in comparison to last year’s effort, with a bigger exhibition area, more exhibitors as well as more visitors. Last year, we managed to raise the sum of €9700, thus making a substantial contribution to the Limassol Municipality’s efforts to build the two planned boat ramps. We are hopeful that this year we will manage to raise an even larger sum and the two ramps will be completed. The first of the two ramps is ready and will immensely benefit a large number of water lovers, while construction on the second is about to commence.
This year’s fair will be held between April the 30th and May the 2nd, at the Spiros Kyprianou Stadium (also known as Palais De Sport) in Limassol. The fair will be accompanied by a large, Cyprus-wide advertising campaign, consisting of advertisements, press conferences and press releases. We have also organised a few surprises, such as seminars, presentations of new products and more.
Despite the fact that expenses in regards to preparation, organisation and materialisation of the event are constantly on the rise as a direct result of rising cost in the service sector, we have tried to keep costs for exhibitors at roughly the same level as last year’s. This way and because of the current economical crisis, the fair will not become financially unattainable to any company, regardless of size. We have managed to do so simply because the fair is a non profitable entity, thus the interests of all exhibitors are guaranteed.
I am sure that, as last year, this year’s fair will be embraced by all market professionals as well as official organisations and associations.
