All of the fair’s sponsors will receive great exposure through the planned advertising campaign, which will cost over €50 000. The exposure will continue through out the span of the fair, with over 7000 visitors expected to walk through the gates.

Sponsor Categories and Benefits for Sponsors

Main Sponsor (1). €8500 Sponsorship

The main sponsor will have the bigger exposure by far through all types of media, as the sponsor’s name will accompany the event and will receive dynamic presentation through out the fair, by the media as well as the organisers.

More specifically, the major sponsor will receive the following:

-          Exposure through an advertising campaign in Cyprus-wide TV stations.

-          Exposure through advertisements placed in Cyprus-wide radio stations.

-          Presentation of the company and its delegate during the Official Press Conference

-          Exposure through advertisements placed in Cyprus-wide Greek and English publications.

-          Exposure through street signs placed around Cyprus for a 15 day period.

-          Exposure through the inclusion of the company’s logo on posters around the fair grounds, on 10,000 advertising leaflets and 70 posters through out Cyprus.

-          Exposure through the fair’s official web site.

-          Moreover, the main sponsor will receive a free central stall at the fair, to promote its products and/or services.

-          Finally, the major sponsor will have the opportunity to distribute its products as well as advertising material on the fair grounds.

Sponsors (3) €4000 Sponsorship

There will be three minor sponsors for the event and will receive exposure through all the TV and Radio advertisements, as well as through the inclusion of their logo in all the advertising publications and posters. They will also have the opportunity to introduce their company during the scheduled Press Conference.

-          Exposure through an advertising campaign in Cyprus-wide TV stations.

-          The minor sponsors will receive a free stall at the fair.

-          The logo of the minor sponsors will be include on ten 1x3m posters placed around the grounds of the fair.

-          Their logo will also be included on 10,000 A5 leaflets that will be distributed Cyprus-wide.

-          Their logo will include on 70 A2 posters that will be placed around Cyprus.

-          A presentation of their company will also be included on the fair’s official web site.

Supporters (6) €1708 sponsorship

There will be six supporters for the event and they will receive exposure through all the TV and Radio advertisements as well as through the inclusion of their logo an all the advertising publication and posters.
